Here's How Our Services Work:

We provide basic residential lawn mowing services to the Sumter SC community. We do not do landscaping work such as tree removal, tree trimming, bush and shrub maintenance, or irrigation.

Most commonly, you will give us a call and I'll setup an appointment to meet with you at the location. We will determine a fair price to mow-trim-blow your yard ($40/acre). We will agree to your yard to be mowed weekly or bi-weekly.

Our mowing days are Wednesday - Saturdays between the hours 2 PM - 6 PM. I make no guarantees as to which time or day I will mow your yard, just that it will be mowed the week it is scheduled. We mow between 4-5 yards per day.

Any custom work or jobs outside the scoop of mowing, trimming or blowing will be scheduled on Mondays or Tuesdays.

Any jobs that are preformed & completed and are not paid for within 7 days... will freeze any further work until payment is made.

• Edging and Trimming (“Edging” refers to a vertical cut to the lawn. Edging is done along the border of bed spaces)
• Leaf Blowing of walk-ways and driveways.
• Grass & Leaf mulching (Shredding leaves with a mulching mower will save homeowners time and money.)
• Rental yard maintenance (investor owned or Airbnb or vacation homes)
• Realtors or Investors who need yard cleanups at homes for sale .
• Realtors or Investors who need interior cleanups at homes for sale
• Upon request: yard debri removal, exterior pressure washing and interior flooding mitigation.
